My role in my OJT is to help in the kitchen; I worked in the contrasting station in the kitchen. My 1st solar day, I was assume in the Purchasing for 2 weeks which I discover how to encode and compute the entire product purchased. I am the ace who receive the entire request in the kitchen and prep ar any the recipe. After 2 weeks I assigned in the coldness kitchen Alacarte, I assigned present for 1 month. I enjoyed here because I learn a lot, I well learn all their recipe and how to prepare and sometimes if we founder a function we prepare more than 100 plated salad. My third grade I assigned in the hot pantry for 1 month I enjoyed preparing orders here because every day we a lot of orders. Breakfast, Lunch & Mirienda the time we pick up numerous orders. My 4th station I assigned in the bakeshop my favorite station because I love baking. I in condition(p) so much here because instead of component them, they apprize us how to make l ot of cakes, different kinds of bread. We prepared different kinds of desserts if we have a function.
